The project owner (MOA)<\/b> is the sponsor of a project, the client<\/b>, for whom it is implemented and realized.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of his mission, he defines the specifications and his needs, as well as his budget.
Not always having the technical skills, the project manager can call upon the services of an Assistant to the Project Manager (AMO), a Project Manager (MOE)<\/b> or both.
\u2013<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In order for the project to be carried out in accordance with its expectations, the Project Owner must communicate regularly and accurately with the contractors.
Indeed, he is the only one to know the quality of the services he expects and for which he has committed his project. He is responsible for the functional expression of the needs for the realization of the work.<\/b><\/p>\n

The project owner has many responsibilities, such as:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Ensuring that they are surrounded by companies with the required skills<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Ensuring that they have the necessary insurance<\/strong> for the execution of the work<\/li>\n
  • Ensuring that the regulations in force<\/strong> concerning the construction project are respected (Building Permit, Urbanism Certificate, Declaration of Opening of the Construction Site, regulatory posting, etc.)<\/li>\n
  • Not to interfere in the management of the construction site if it uses the services of an Assistant to the Project Manager or a Project Manager.<\/li>\n
  • To subscribe to a Damage Insurance<\/strong>, which is compulsory for any project owner, in particular, the private individual who builds his house or proceeds to an important renovation. This insurance must be subscribed before the opening of the building site (article L.242-1 of the Insurance Code).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
